Jessica and Samuel’s wedding was the kind of celebration that was effortlessly beautiful from beginning to end. It was a quintessential Summer wedding in Aspen, Colorado. Set against the breathtaking mountain views their day blended the most elegant details with meaningful traditions.
Cue: the cozy warmth of a Colorado gathering with the people they love most.
From the start of the day, everything felt personal and relaxed. Jessica spent the morning getting ready with her closest friends inside the warm wood interiors of the lodge. There was so much laughter throughout the morning, especially during the champagne celebration on the balcony surrounded by tall evergreens.
Jessica looked stunning in her Jenny Yoo gown.
The dress featured a clean silhouette with soft structure and a flowing skirt that moved beautifully in the mountain breeze. Samuel wore a classic black tuxedo and bow tie, keeping the overall look timeless and refined.
The details throughout the day tied everything together perfectly too!
They exchanged private notes that morning, on a watercolor postcard of Aspen, which was a gorgeous personal touch. Rich floral arrangements by Modern West Floral added warmth and depth with burgundy, peach, cream, and seasonal greenery woven throughout the ceremony and reception spaces.
After getting ready, the bride & groom met up outside for a first look.
Colorado was the perfect backdrop for this moment. The towering trees, the rolling mountains… talk about a fairytale setting! I can see why they chose this venue for their summer wedding in Aspen.
As Jessica met up with Samuel by the water, they were able to share an intimate private moment together before the ceremony to really absorb the magnitude of the day.
Then their wedding party joined them for some portraits before we kicked off the celebration!
One of the most memorable parts of the day was the outdoor ceremony overlooking the mountains.
The floral-covered chuppah framed the landscape beautifully while guests gathered beneath the soft late summer light. Jessica and Samuel incorporated meaningful Jewish wedding traditions into the ceremony, making the entire experience so beautifully personal.
The mountain backdrop created such an incredible setting for portraits afterward.
Aspen in late summer has a quiet kind of beauty. The soft golden fields, changing trees, and crisp air made every moment feel cinematic while somehow also feeling intimate and relaxed.
As the evening continued, guests gathered inside for a happy candlelit reception that stretched into the night!
The dance floor stayed full all night, and the celebration felt joyful from beginning to end.
