Megan and Andrew’s outdoor wedding at the incredible Inn at Serenbe in the woods outside of Atlanta, Georgia will forever be one of my all time favorites! Keeping it intimate with just their close family, they planned a day that focused just on them and their loved ones in the warm October sunshine (which was welcome after Georgia being pummeled by rain from a passing hurricane!).
I loved the laid-back, woodsy vibe to their day complete with beautiful modern touches, such as Megan’s gorgeous, modern Sarah Seven dress, the black and gold settings and details of their reception, and the all-greenery floral (provided by the talented Forage and Flower). It was my first time at the Inn at Serenbe, and I loved how it simultaneously felt like home and the woods at the same time- the getting-ready homes were the most aesthetically stunning, and the grounds of the Inn were insanely breathtaking (all that greenery and gold light!!). It provided the perfect backdrop to the beautiful and touching moments of Megan and Andrew’s day, such as both of the first looks, tear-filled ceremony, and family-gathering-esque reception (complete with PIE and a bonfire)!
