You guys. This shoot. All of my dreams came true out in the California desert. I had been dying and dreaming to shoot in Joshua Tree for the longest time, and thanks to the raddest team of vendors ever the most incredible styled elopement was created! The day the shoot dawned however also brought monsoon rains that flooded all the roads and drenched all of us to the skin as we tried to shoot! My camera was getting so soaked that not only was I having all sorts of trouble getting it to focus on anything or keep from fogging up, I was also very worried it was going to get absolutely wrecked haha. Luckily it survived, as did our trooper model couple Krystal and Daniel who determinedly kept getting back out in the rain to shoot no matter how cold they were! The result are some incredible photos of a rain-soaked Joshua Tree and a gorgeous styled elopement that will always have my heart. Enjoy! xx
